15 member committee established for peasant struggle

During the large gathering of farmers in the nearby village of Bhoewali under the leadership of Kirti Kisan Union, where it was announced to mobilize people for the struggle for the farmers’ demands, more and more farmers were invited to come forward in the struggle by joining the union. . Addressing on this occasion, State Secretary Dhanwant Singh Khataray Kalan said that the Modi government of the Center is not serious about the farmers’ issues, regarding which the farmers have no other choice but to struggle. He formed a 15-member working committee of many farmers and selected the unit of the union in which Sukhraj Singh Lali was the president, Jatinder Singh was the vice president, Harjinder Singh was the secretary and Sartaj Singh was the treasurer. A 15-member working committee was formed, after which all the leaders raised slogans and protested against the central government and the farmers for not taking into consideration. Sukhraj Singh Chhina and others were present on this occasion.

Qadien (Sucha Singh Pasnawal/Maqbool Ahmed): A meeting of Kisan-Mazdur Sangharsh Committee was held here in village Nathpur. Balbir Singh Bhaini Bangar, President of Zone Baba Makkah Sahib of Punjab Kisan-Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee, specially participated in the meeting. On this occasion, the old committee of the village was dissolved and a new 11-member committee was formed. In which President Balkar Singh, Senior Vice President Nishan Singh, Vice President Jagrup Singh, Secretary Sukhdev Singh, Press Secretary Gurpreet Singh, Organizer Maninder Singh Sandhu, Treasurer Balwinder Singh, Joint Treasurer Gurnam Singh, Advisor Major Singh, Organizing Member Santokh Singh, Volunteers Harbans Singh was elected.
