Chandigarh’s Hyatt Hotel and Lalit Hotel received threat through mail.
Two big hotels of Chandigarh received threats of eviction through email. After receiving information about the threat, the police reached the spot and started a search operation. The police team checked the cameras of the hotel and also checked the hotel premises.

First an email was sent to Hyatt Hotel located in the Industrial Area and then an email was sent to Lalit Hotel. After the information, Industrial Area Police Station and ITP Park Police Station reached the spot. When the police investigated, it was found that the person giving the threat had written in the email that the hotel should be vacated otherwise they may do something wrong.

After the information, Bomb Squad, Dog Squad and Operation Cell team and teams of Crime Branch related police station reached the spot. During this, the police checked the CCTV cameras of the entire hotel. Apart from this, policemen were deployed to keep an eye on the hotel.
