Two-wheeler maker company Kawasaki has launched an updated 2025 model of its popular sports bike Kawasaki Ninja 650 today (April 21). The motorcycle now has an updated engine to suit the OBD2B emission norms.

The bike has a traction control system with dual-channel ABS. It is priced at Rs 7.27 lakh (ex-showroom). It competes with motorcycles such as Triumf Detona 660, Yamaha R15 400 and Honda CBR650R.

The price of the bike has increased by Rs 11,000 with the new update. The company is offering a discount of Rs 25,000 on its 2024 model stock.

Design: Twin headlights with lime green shade

2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 Lime comes with a green shed, which includes contrast shade such as white, yellow and black. The bike looks different with its sporty styling, including aggressive styled twin LED headlights, muscular fuel tanks, layered fairing, fairing mounted ORVMs, underbelly exhaust, flush-fit windshield and upper cowl.

Apart from this, the latest bikes get LED taillights, fancy aluminum swingarms, halogen turn indicators in fairing, steps on the back, slightly direct riding posture and neutral footpag.

2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650: Performance

There has been no change in Mechanically 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650. It has 4 strokes of 649cc, parallel-twin, dohc 8 valve, liquid cooled engine, which generates 68hp power at 8000rpm and 48.5Nm torque at 6700rpm. The engine for transmission is tuned with a 6-speed gearbox with Assist slipper clutch.

Kawasaki Ninja 650: Suspension, Breaking and Features

The bike is designed on a trailis frame. For comfort riding, the sports bike has 41mm hydraulic telescopic front forks and pre-load adjustable rear monoshock suspension. For braking, the front of the bike has a 2 piston calipers brake unit with a 300mm petal-type disc.

At the same time, a single piston calipers brake unit is available in the rear with a 220mm petal-type disc. The bike gets dual-channel ABS with Kawasaki traction control. Talking about the features, the motorcycle has features like TFT color display, LED lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, traction control, riding mode and dual-channel ABS.
