The NTA i.e. the National Testing Agency released the provisional answer of JEE Mains 2025 Sessions 2 on 10 April. There is now a ruckus about this. After the release of the answer, students who have given exams and some experts are raising questions about the answer.
Disturbances in 9 questions- Experts
Teachers of coaching centers say that Physics, Chemistry and Maths are the disturbances in the questions of all three subjects. At least 4 questions in Physics, 3 in Chemistry and two questions are in maths whose either wrong answers have been correct or the correct answer is not in options.
Experts said that these disturbances are not as small to ignore. The director of a coaching center said that objections have been raised with evidence. NTA should either give bonus market for these questions or drop these questions.
Physics experts said that a question has been asked about hydrogen-line ions, which is the correct answer, 3 but in Answer Ke 2 is said to be the correct answer to 2. The answer to a question related to current electricity should be 5MA but the answer in Answer Ki was given 125MA. In a question of equivalent resistance, the correct answer was not given in options.
NTA can earn 216 crores from objections
If a total of 9 questions are found to be wrong to the students, then for every question, students will have to pay a total fee of Rs 1200 at the rate of 200 rupees.
About 12.5 lakh students gave this exam. In such a situation, if all the students raise objections, then about 216 crore rupees will go directly to the NTA pocket. Despite the students’ objections are found to be correct, these fees will not be returned to them.
Earlier, about 13 lakh students had registered for this exam by filling a fee of Rs 1000. That is, NTA had earned Rs 130 crore through registration.
12 questions have already dropped
Jee Mains 2025 Session 2 Exams have already dropped 12 questions NTA. Every candidate who gives exams has given 4 marks for every questioned question. That is, 48 marks have been given to all the candidates. After this, now students and experts are worrying about 9 questions. In such a situation, there are chances of dropping a total of 21 questions.
There are a total of 90 questions in the exam, out of which 75 are to be convened. Of these, if 21 questions are distributed to the candidates by dropping 4-4 marks, then the scope of competition ends. In this way, 28% of the questions will be drabb, that is, marks will be distributed to all the candidates for more than 1 quarter of questions.
Parents’ anger bursting on social media
Parents are constantly expressing their anger on social media about NTA’s frequent disturbances. Recently, a user named Purnima Kaul wrote on the social media platform x, ‘Tragedy of Erce- Jee Main Ki Answer Ki Answer The answers to many questions are different from the real answer. Along with this, wrong options have been given for many questions.
Another user wrote, ‘So many mistakes…. How can I complain to NTA?’
A parent wrote her complaint saying, ‘My daughter solved 71 questions. During the submission, it was seen that 71 questions were attained but the response is seen in the sheet that he did not even answer a question. This is shocking. How can NTA do this? How can NTA play with children’s future? I have made many mails to NTA but did not get any answer. These are students whose mock tests have not come less than 250 marks.
