Users are now looking for phones that can deliver flagship-like performance even in mid-range budget. But many companies have launched some smartphones whose price is much more than their actual value. iPhone 16 Plus
Apple’s iPhone 16 Plus comes at a price of Rs 89,900 but looking at its features the price does not seem reasonable. Even in 2025, it has only a 60Hz display and lacks a telephoto camera. Also, the charging speed is slower than most Android phones. This is the reason why people are giving preference to models like iPhone 15 Pro which are available cheaper than this in offers.
better option
iPhone 15 Pro can be purchased for around Rs 89,000 which has 120Hz ProMotion display and more powerful camera. Whereas iPhone 16 is also available for around Rs 79,900 which comes with new chipset and better handling. The Samsung Galaxy S25 (Rs 76,999) is also a smart option at this price with a brighter LTPO display and faster charging.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
Samsung’s new Galaxy S25 Ultra has been launched for Rs 1,29,999 but it is not much different from its previous model S24 Ultra. The design is heavy and chunky, and the upgrades are minimal. On the other hand, many companies are giving better performance below this price range.

iQOO 13 Pro offers Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and 144Hz display for Rs 79,999. OnePlus 13 comes with a great camera and fast charging for Rs 69,999. Google Pixel 9 Pro offers great photography and advanced AI features for Rs 94,999.
Google Pixel 9
Coming at a price of Rs 79,999, Pixel 9 struggles with the problem of overheating due to its Tensor chips. Battery backup is also average, and its camera results are now delivering even on many cheap phones.
better option
The Pixel 8a offers about 80% of the Pixel 9 experience at Rs 52,000. Samsung Galaxy S25 offers better display and battery for Rs 76,999. iQOO 12 offers flagship-like speed and performance for Rs 52,999.
Nothing Phone 3
Priced at Rs 79,999, Nothing Phone 3 is famous for its design but it disappoints in terms of performance. The cameras are average and the software still needs further improvement.

OnePlus 13 offers true flagship experience at Rs 69,999. iQOO 13 offers fast performance and great cameras for Rs 52,999. Oppo Find X9 (about Rs 55,000) can become a strong option for its camera hardware.
Motorola Razr 50 Ultra
Motorola Razr 50 Ultra, priced at Rs 99,999, falls in the foldable category but its battery is small and the camera is normal. Also, it is not that reliable in terms of durability.
better option
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 comes with better hinge and battery for Rs 94,999. OnePlus Open (Rs 1,39,999 after offer) is considered to be the most balanced foldable phone till date. Moto Edge 50 Ultra offers the same brand’s flagship experience at Rs 59,999, that too without the foldable tax.
