Delhi Police reports will be considered in the Supreme Court to impose the recommendations of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots to recover the recommendations on Monday. . The matter is listed before Justice AS Oka. The bench had tried the hearing on January 27 due to not being properly. Before the important hearing, the BJP’s National Spinerman RP Singh has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah that there was no hearing in the case related to the assassination of the husband Joginder Singh and the death of six persons. Has never been checked. The letter also states that the chargesheet was in respect of the killing of 56 people but there are no charges framed for the killing of five persons and there are no other charges related to the other two1 people. He said that the facts related to the case was not received notice of the Delhi High Court notified that the appeal was dismissed on this basis that a separate police station case had been rejected. He wrote in the letter that he appeals to the government on behalf of Sikhs and the country to see the matter on the basis of priority. It may be recalled that the top court was constituted under the leadership of Justice (retired) SN Dhingra led by Justice SN Dhingra under the former member of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee.
