Indian student shot dead in Canada: A 20-year-old Indian student was shot dead in Canada’s Edmonton on Friday. The name of the student is said to be Harshandeep Singh. He was originally from Punjab, India. Along with studies, he also worked as a security guard to meet his expenses. The incident of his murder was captured in CCTC, which is now going viral.

In the CCTV video that has surfaced, it can be seen how a woman tries to grab the Indian student first. Two men accompany him there. Harshandeep Singh freed himself from the woman’s grip and tried to run down the stairs. Then a person shot him from behind. After firing, all three fled from there.
Harshandeep Singh fell down as soon as he was shot, he can be seen lying on the steps in the video. No movement is visible in the video. About this incident, the police said that at around 12:30 pm on Friday night, they received a report of a shooting inside an apartment building. Upon arrival at 107th Avenue, they found the body on the stairs and immediately administered first aid. Harshandeep Singh was taken to hospital where he was declared brought dead.
