A young man died after being hit by a train in Bathinda, Punjab. The police have taken the body into custody and kept it in the mortuary. The deceased could not be identified.

According to the information, Sahara Jan Seva Sanstha had received information that a young man had been hit by a train near the washing line on Satpura Road. After which the team immediately reached the spot and took the injured youth lying near the railway line to the government hospital for treatment. The condition of the young man was very serious. He was also given two units of blood. The young man died during treatment.
The youth could not be identified. On receiving the information, the police reached the hospital, took necessary action and got the body kept in the mortuary.
