The District Bar Association staged a strike in favor of farmer leader Dalewal. Bar Association Vice President Bhuvanpreet Singh, General Secretary Vivek Sharma, Former President Gagandeep Singh Virk, Narinderpal Singh Tiwana, Amarjit Singh Cheema, Rajveer Singh Grewal, Varinder Dhillon and Brij Mohan Singh said that the lawyers gave up work in favor of farmer leader Dalewal. Worrying about his health by striking, he said that 22 days have passed since he was on a death fast. He said that they are sitting on a fast to death for the legitimate demands of the farmers. They demanded from the central and state government to solve the issue of farmers on priority basis and to end the hunger strike of farmer leader Dalewal.
