Harvinder Singh Hanspal was born on 4 May 1938. He was an Indian politician. He was a Member of Parliament representing Punjab in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India, as a member of the Indian National Congress. He had been representing the Namdhari Darbar International Organization as President since 1970.
