In Haryana also on the pattern of Punjab, the family members of the martyred Central Armed Forces will be given a compensation of one crore rupees. It was approved today in the Cabinet meeting chaired by Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini. Earlier in Haryana, the family members of martyred jawans were given Rs 50 lakh as compensation, which has now been increased to Rs 1 crore.
Saini said that an army soldier is always deployed to protect the country without worrying about his home and family. Meanwhile, the martyred jawan’s family has no other source of income. Keeping this in mind, the Haryana government has decided to give a compensation of one crore rupees to the family members of the martyred jawans.
The report of crops damaged by hail was sought from the Deputy Commissioners
The Haryana Council of Ministers held a discussion on the hail in the state the other day. Along with this, the Chief Minister has directed to prepare a report on the crop damaged by hail in Haryana. The Chief Minister said that the farmers whose crops have been insured will be given due compensation from the insurance company and the rest from the state government.
