According to the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Dhiman, under the leadership of Assistant Director Youth Services, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Ravi Pal, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sports Club Kangana Bet organized an anti-drug awareness program in the government school of the village. On this occasion, club president Kuldeep Singh informed the students about the ill effects of drugs and encouraged the children to participate in sports and other co-curricular activities.
On this occasion, anti-drug poems and songs were presented by the students. Beautiful poems and songs were presented by Khushi, Meenakshi, Manpreet, Amrit Singh, Gurleen, Komalpreet, Dilpreet etc. due to the very thorough preparation of the children by Madam Hardeep Kaur and Madam Lalitha Rani. Meanwhile, children were encouraged by giving cash prizes.
