Srinagar, January 13
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated the strategically important Z-bend tunnel in the Sonmarg area of Jammu and Kashmir. After the opening of the tunnel, tourists will now be able to access this tourist resort throughout the year. Mr. Modi went inside the tunnel after inaugurating the project costing 2700 crores and met the officials associated with the project and appreciated the work done by them. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah were also present at the inauguration of the tunnel. News-Patiala
