Vijay Malia treated Karnataka High Court, demanded loan recovery accounts from banks

Landar Business Vijay Malia has demanded a petition in the Karnataka High Court and demanded debt recovery accounts from banks. According to Malia advocate Saajan Poawya, Rs 6,200 crore was to be returned, but it has been recovery of Rs. 14,000 crore. The Malia’s lawyer claimed that the Finance Minister had given to the Lok Sabha.

The Malia’s lawyer argued that the debt recovery officer has been recovery of Rs 10,200 crore. He claimed that although the full amount of debt has been cleared but this process is still going on. So it has been requested to provide a statement of the amount of recovery loans. On the basis of Malia’s petition, the bench of the High Court had issued a notice to banks and debt officials. The Malia is currently living in London and is a subject of attempts from the Government of India for the alleged debt.

Earlier, December 1824, Vijay Malia had claimed that banks had charged Rs 14,13116.60 crore for debt of Rs. 603 crore. He is a economic criminal. He said in a post at X that unless the informance directors and banks could prove that they have taken over a loan legally deserved. AII
