1. PM Modi laid the foundation stone of Terminal-Two Bhawan of Hisar Airport On April 14, Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off a commercial flight to Ayodhya at Maharaja Agrasen Airport in Hisar, Haryana and laid the foundation stone of the Terminal-Two Bhavan.

- This new terminal will be ready at a cost of Rs 410 crore.

2. Nidhi Kaastha became the head of Lamborghini India Automobili Lamborghini appointed Nidhi Kaastha on 14 April as the head of Lamborghini India.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur has been recruited for the posts of Junior Resident. Candidates will be called on April 16 for document verification and the interview will be held on 17 April 2025. This recruitment will be done on contract basis.
Educational qualification:
- NMC to MBBS degree
- MSc in Human Anotomy for Anotomy Department
- MBA, MHA degree for Hospital and Healthcare Management
- Complete Rotatori Internship should be completed by 31 March

1. Video of cow dung leap in Classroom viral
A video of the principal of Laxmibai College of Delhi University is going viral applying cow dung on the walls of the class room. According to Principal Pratyush Vatsala, it is part of the research project. He himself has shared this video with college teachers.
In the video, Principal Dr. Pratyush Vatsala said that these desi methods are being adopted to keep the class room cool.
Regarding this, the principal says it is part of a research project, which is running under the supervision of a faculty member of the college. Research is currently in the process and the entire data will be shared after a week.
Dr. Vatsala said, ‘This research is being done in Porta Cabins (a type of room) of the college. I myself put dung on the wall of a room because there is no harm in touching natural things like soil and dung. Some people are spreading rumors without knowing.
According to the principal, the name of this project is ‘Study of Thermal Stress Control using traditional Indian knowledge’.
2. NCERT named English Medium Books in Hindi
The National Council of Educational Research and Training i.e. NCERT has launched a new debate in the Roman script for its new English-medium textbooks in the Roman script. These include books that have been designed to teach English.
The new English-medium textbooks were named Hindi in Roman script by NCERT.
For example, the English textbook of class 6 was earlier named ‘Honeysuckle’. Now this book is named ‘Poorvi’. It is a Hindi word, which in English means ‘Eastern’ and it is also the name of a classical music raga.
Similarly, the textbooks of classes 1 and 2 are now named Mridang (Mridang) and class 3 textbooks are named Santoor (Santoor). Both are the names of Indian musical instruments.
However, NCERT director Dinesh Sakalani has not given any reason to change the language of the name.
