Android XR Smart Glasses: Legendary companies like Apple and Meta have long been working to make virtual and aggranded reality common, but this technology is still in the early stages. Google is working on new technology
Now, Google has introduced the prototype of its new Android XR Smart Glasses at the TED conference held in Vancouver. The head of Google’s AR and VR department, Shaharam Izadi himself has told about the features of this glasses. These glasses get strength from Google’s new Gemini AI. Their design is quite light and simple, which connects to the smartphone and processes. The advantage of this is that the weight of the glasses is reduced and the user gets a comfortable experience.
The most important thing is that these glasses look like common glasses or sunglasses, so that they can be easily worn in everyday life. These small but powerful glasses have features like camera, lens displays, microphones and mini speakers.
Expected features of Android XR
The biggest special thing about this glasses is that it can translate Persian in English immediately. Apart from this, in a demo, this glasses was scanning the pages of the book and Gemini AI was able to remember that information. Users will also be able to use Google apps like Google Maps, YouTube Music. In future, Android Auto can also be added to it, so that it will become part of our daily technical needs. Although Google has not yet officially confirmed the launch date or place of these glasses, but it is likely to hit the entry in the market soon.
