Agni-5 missile of India will blow up the enemy bunker It will carry the heaviest warhead know how dangerous it is

Agni-5 Missile: India has also accelerated its strategic preparations after the use of GBU-57/A bunker-bomb bomb on 22 June by the US on Iran’s Fordo Nuclear Facility. Taking a lesson from this move of America, India is now working towards taking its defense capabilities to a new level. India’s Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has begun to create a new version of Agni-5 Intercontinental Ballistic Missile. Traditionally, this missile, which is a nuclear warhead, is now being converted into a heavy traditional bunker buster version that will be able to carry explosives weighing about 7500 kg.

Will destroy the bunkers

This new missile is designed to destroy the enemy’s bases, which are hidden under the layers of deep reinforced concrete. It is estimated that this missile will enter the land from 80 to 100 meters below and explode inside. While the US dropped bombs like GBU-57 from its heavy and expensive bomber aircraft, India is planning to fract it with missiles, making it more economical and fast retaliatory weapons.

Work on two versions

Two new versions of Agni-5 will work, one version will attack above (Airburst) and the other version will enter the ground like bunker buster and explode from inside. The weight of each warhead will be around 8 tonnes which can be included in the world’s most powerful traditional warheads.

Although the range of the new version will be reduced to 2500 km as compared to the original Agni-5, but its speed will be between Mac 8 to Mac 20, which will make it under the category of hypersonic weapons. Its speed and strength will enable it to destroy any enemy command center, missile silo or over-sensitive bases, especially against countries like China and Pakistan.
