The Indian Women’s Cricket Team lost by five wickets in the fifth and final T20 match against England on Saturday at Edgbaston, Birmingham. However, the Indian team won the series 3–2. This is India’s first T20 series win against England in Women’s Cricket History.
After losing the toss in this match, the Indian team came out to bat first and scored 167 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. In response, England achieved a target of 168 runs losing 5 wickets on the last ball. At the same time, England’s Women’s Cricket Team scored its third largest run in T20.
