Terms related to passport

• Passports should be made within the last 10 years,

• It should also be valid for at least 3 months after the return date.

• Passport must have at least two blank pages.

• Passport with handwriting passport or first pages (bio data) and any “inspection” will be accepted.

Terms related to photo

• The photo should be with white backgrounds.

• It should not be more than 6 months old.

• Size: 35 to 40 mm width

• The photo should be sticking on the form, the staple or pin will not work.

What must be in the application form

• It should be completed by the applicant and should be signed.

• If the applicant is a minor, the signature of parents / legal guardian are essential.

• If a third person is applying, he should be allowed.

• Proof of custody, such as death certificates, can also be sought.

Letter related to the job / company

• Must be on the original letterhead.

• Signed and sealed by HR or Director.

• Your post and job term should be mentioned.

• “No Object ‘should be mentioned for travel.

• Travel dates and objectives should also be clearly mentioned.

There should be travel insurance

• This approved Indian travel should be from the list of insurance companies.

• Should be coverage of at least 30,000 euro (≤ 30 million).

• It should include expenses of items such as medical emergency, hospital.

• This should include the full period of the Schengen trip. If you want a multiple visa of 6 months or 1 year, only travel insurance will only work.

Proof of travel and stay

• All passengers should be names.

• If you are traveling between the Schengen countries, the flight / train ticket or car rental.

• Letter should be confirmation of hotel bookings, tour packages, advance payment.

• On the other hand, talk about the bank statement, there is no need to give a long bank statement, only the first 3 and last 2 pages will be accepted only.
