Whether it is a family group chat or office meeting, you can invite people by fixing time and everyone will also get notifications before the call starts.

WhatsApp has also improved many in-time improvements with this update to make the conversation more better and interactive.
Scheduled Calls: Now you can already plan group calls and invite people. All the participants will get a reminder before the call starts.
In-Call Interaction Tools: There will be an option to tell the turn to speak during the meeting or to react to emoji, without interrupting anyone.
Calls Tab Management: The call tab will now have the facility to view the calls, list of participants and call links. Call creator will also get an alert when someone will join the call from the link.

WhatsApp has made it clear that all calls will be protected from end-to-end encryption. This update is getting globally rolling out and will reach all users in the coming days.
How to schedule WhatsApp call

- Open WhatsApp and go to the calls tab.
- Tap on the call icon given above.
- Choose the contact or group you want to call.
- Choose the Schedule Call option instead of calling immediately.
- Now set the date and time, decide whether it will be a video call or audio call.
- Finally confirm by pressing the green button.
Your scheduled call will be seen in the upcoming calls list and notifications will be sent to everyone before the call starts. This new feature is especially beneficial for users who plan group meetings or family video calls.
