Apple’s third store will open in Phoenix Mall
- On 18 April 2023, the opening of the ‘Apple BKC’ store in Mumbai was done by CEO Tim Cook.
- On 20 April 2023, the opening of the ‘Apple Saket’ store in Delhi was also done by Tim Cook.
- On 2 September 2025, the third store will open in the Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru.

The store will also have ‘Today at Apple’ sessions
‘Today at Apple’ sessions will be organized in Apple Hebbal Store, which will be completely free. In these sessions, Apple’s creatives will give customers workshops on topics like digital art, storytelling, productivity and coding.

Prior to the opening, Apple has also released a special wallpapers with Hebbal-Theme and Apple Music Playlist inspired by Bengaluru, which customers can download from the company’s website.
Apple’s second big hub Bangalore
Bengaluru has now become the second largest operational hub after Apple’s headquarters in California. Recently, the company has taken a 2.7 lakh square ft office space with a 10-year lock-in period at Embassy Jenith on Sanke Road, North Bengaluru. This deal has been done for Rs 1,010 crore.
Apple’s focus on manufacturing in India
The company is not only opening retail stores in India, but is also focusing on manufacturing. Recently there was news that all models of iPhone 17 series will be produced in India.
The production is being done at the Tata Group factory in Hosur, Tamil Nadu and the Foxcon’s factory near Bangalore. Tim Cook also reported that most of the iPhones sold in the US in June 2025 were made in India.
