The Government of India is now preparing to add Ayurvedad to the educational system. For this purpose, NAST and UGC are working on a new syllabus. It is likely that the students concerned with Ayurveda for students of schools and colleges from the coming academic session. This information was provided by the Union Vishakra Pratpraprao Jadhhav. A post of the Ministry of Ministry was shared on an official X account, which was retweed by the Minister Pratpraprao Jadhav. It states that Ayurvedad is not just a subject but a part of the Indian lifestyle and health tradition. By joining it, children and young people will get a new learning experience but also a healthy lifestyle.
A new syllabus is being prepared
The Union Minister said that NCERT and UGC was also developed a new curriculum. It is not clear when the syllabus will be fully ready, but the government wants to be applied to the next session. He said that some of the states of the country, such as Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh, has already added Indian knowledge system in its education systems.
Ayurveda and allopathy is not opponent of each other
The Avisy Minister also clarified that the Ayurveda and Abopathy was wrong to consider the opponent. Both health systems complement each other. The government is trying to combine the benefits of both better and affordable health care. The government believes that involving Ayurveda in the educational system will connect to their roots and can learn to take care of their health through natural ways. This step will not only provide a new educational opportunity for students but will also allow the traditional medical system of India.
