LCD i.e. Liquid Crystal Display technology has been used in smartphones and TV for a long time. The LCD display uses backlight which brightens the entire screen. Because of this, colors appear more natural and balanced on the screen.

If you use phones for a long time such as studies, office work or social media browsing, then LCD display can be a better option. The reason for this is that the brightness and color balance of the LCD screen puts less pressure on the eyes.
At the same time, if your focus is on video, gaming and high-quality photos, and you like more contrast and dark black color, then AMOLED display is a good option. Just keep in mind that control the brightness and avoid watching the screen for a long time.
