Action Replay: Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai’s time-travel comedy film Action Replay was released in Diwali 2010. It could not impress the audience much. The film earned only Rs 40.36 crore and proved to be the biggest disaster of that year.
Thugs of Hindostan: Released in Diwali 2018, big stars like Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan worked in this film. This film received very poor reviews from critics, which affected its earnings and it could earn only Rs 151 crore in India. ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ was made at a cost of Rs 310 crore.
