Mumbai. Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna starrer ‘Thamaa’ is making waves at the box office. This is the fifth film in the new Mador horror comedy universe. This horror comedy, which came after Stree, Bhediya, Munjya and Stree 2, has received mixed reviews. The film is reaching close to Rs 50 crore at the box office. Actor Rachit Singh has also debuted with this film. There is a rumor about Rachit that he is secretly engaged to Huma Qureshi. Seeing Rachit’s performance in the film, Huma appreciated him and posted his achievement.
Huma Qureshi shared a picture of Rachit Singh’s character from ‘Thaama’ on her Instagram stories. With this he wrote, “For a boy from Banaras… who came to Mumbai with nothing and didn’t know anyone… proud of you and this journey. Worked hard as an acting coach for 10 years… learning, teaching and building a community around myself.”

Recently, Rachit Singh had shared a picture with Huma Qureshi on social media, after which discussions about their engagement started. However, neither Huma nor Rachit have given any official statement on the engagement. Humana is 39 years old and is focused on her career. The fourth release of his web series Maharani will be on 7th November.
Whereas, before debuting on the big screen, Rachit Singh made his digital debut with the web series Karma Calling. Talking about ‘Thama’, it has been directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. Apart from Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, the film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Janardan Kadam, Paresh Rawal and Geeta Aggarwal Sharma.
