India lost against Australia: Australia defeated India by four wickets in the second T20 match. Jasprit Bumrah and Varun Chakraborty tried their best to stop Australia, but failed to prevent Australia from winning by four wickets. Batting first, India managed just 125 runs, and the Kangaroos chased down the small target with 40 balls to spare.
When India came to bat first, only Abhishek Sharma and Harshit Rana could score big. Abhishek played a blistering innings of 68 runs, while Harshit Rana, batting at number seven, scored 35 runs, but he was too expensive with his bowling. Harshit conceded 27 runs in just two overs. This is the first time in five years that Australia have beaten India in a T20 match on their home soil. Australia last beat India on their home soil in Sydney in December 2020. This is Australia’s 12th T20 win against India in total.
