Have you ever wondered that we would easily sell some rupees in India. Imagine if you go to buy a water bottle and you get 300-400 bill, how would you like?
Where does the most expensive water selling?
Switzerland is the country in the world where drinking water sells at the highest price. There is a small 330 ml of bottle worth about Rs 3,47. If we count it in the liter, a liter water cost is about Rs 1,050. This means that if you live only one liter every day, the water will be spent only Rs 30,000 in a month.
How cheaper is the water in India?
Let’s talk about India now. The average amount of minral water in India is Rs 20 to Rs 20. And if you use tap water, it is even more cheaper. For example, in the big city like Mumbai, 100,000 liters of water bill is Rs 525. This means that there is less than a liter of water is less than a penny.
Why so differences?
There are many reasons for this – in countries like Switzerland, water purification technology is expensive, wages are more, and water is not readily available from natural resources. India, on the other hand, have more sources of water, and the government also tries to keep water prices less.
Thinking
Many of us have a supper of water from the bottle and throw the rest, but the same water is very valuable in another country. From this comparison, we should understand the importance of water and we should never waste it.
