Vegetable trader Deepak resident of Topkhana Bazar Ambala Cantt, who was standing in the fields of village Nagla, bordering Punjab, was shot. According to information, the bullet hit him in the shoulder. The cause of the shooting could not be clarified. Injured Deepak has claimed that the bullet came from the firing range of the army. Deepak was given first aid at the military hospital and is now undergoing treatment at the civil hospital in the cantonment. Deepak said that he was standing in the field while talking when suddenly a bullet hit him in the shoulder from behind. The Topkhana police have started the investigation into the matter but the matter is said to be related to Handesra police station of Punjab.
