Darshan is the main accused in Renuka Swami Murder Case.The Supreme Court, while giving its verdict, said that the order of the High Court reflects the mechanical exercise. The bench of the Supreme Court said, “The day we know that the accused is being given 5 star facilities, then the jail superintendent will have to be suspended first.” This decision of the Supreme Court has come after the Karnataka government gave a written argument to cancel the actor and cancel the bail of the other accused.
Many evidence against actor darshan
The Karnataka government exposed several important points to prove the alleged involvement of philosophy in the case and termed the High Court’s decision to grant bail. The case includes forensic evidence, such as soil samples, crime scenes found on the shoes of the accused and Renukaswamy’s blood was found on their clothes. Renukaswamy died due to ‘Shock Hemorrhage’, which was caused by many injuries. His postmortem report said. Darshan was earlier arrested in this case, but last December, Karnataka High Court granted him bail. In view of the possibility of something untoward, security has been increased around the house of actor Darshan. NDTV quoted sources as saying that actor Darshan went to his wife’s house in Bengaluru. He entered the exit gate to escape the media. He met his wife and son and then he was taken into custody.
