AI textbooks implemented in 30% schools in South Korea, Artificial Intelligence can play the role of co-execution in future

According to reports, since March 2025 in South Korea, about 30 percent of schools have included AI textbooks in their course. These books are for students from primary to high school and have just started with subjects like English and Mathematics. These AI textbooks can adjust the content according to children’s understanding, level and needs. That is, every student can be studied according to his learning pace.

Teachers also training a challenge

However, some challenges have also come up with this new system. The biggest challenge is & mdash; training of teachers. Teachers need new techniques understanding and skills to use AI based textbooks properly. For this, the South Korea government has also started special training programs so that teachers can mold themselves with this change.

AI also churned on rolls in colleges

While there are such major changes in schools about AI, the higher education sector is also not untouched by this. Experts from all over the world are discussing how AI can be included in colleges and universities.

LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman believes that it is no longer possible to ignore AI. He says that students are now completing assignments and essays with the help of tasks AI tools, so the traditional methods of evaluation are no longer effective.

AI may be ‘co-execution’

Hoffman suggests that in future AI can be given the role of co-operative i.e. co-execution in examinations. Also, oral exams i.e. oral examination can be given more importance because it can testify the understanding of students in a better way.

He also said that essays prepared by AI can be used as an example. To show that it is not enough to give only general information, depth and analysis is necessary.

South Korea has moved towards a new direction by including AI in education. This change will not be limited to only one country. If this model is successful, then more countries can follow this path in future. Also, it is also certain that both schools and colleges will have to change their thinking and methods regarding AI. Now the question is not just whether AI should be adopted or not, but how to adopt it better.
