Meanwhile, he launched a project related to the verification of six types of online services. He has claimed that this will free people from the hassles of government offices. Apart from this, their time and money will also be saved. There will be transparency in the work. Punjab has become the first state of the country to work in this way.
Aman Arora said that the government is soon going to online 95 services provided by many departments which have been running offline for a long time. Its preparations have started. He said that during this time the services of Revenue Department, Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, Electricity Department will be made online. The preparations for which are going on in full swing.
People do not have to face any difficulties to get work done in more than 500 service centers running in Punjab. For this, the government is going to start WhatsApp chat bot service. In this, people have to book an appointment by telling their work through WhatsApp on their mobile. After this they will get time. With which people will benefit a lot. Meanwhile, all the work will be done in Punjabi language. Online tokens will also be issued. Under this system, all Patwaris, Panchs, Sarpanchs, Councilors and Numdars have been added.
