NK Sharma and Gurpreet Singh Raju Khanna appointed observers by Akali Dal for Patiala municipal elections held a press conference here in the presence of Amit Singh Rathi, District Urban President of the Dal and Constituency Incharge Amarinder Singh Bajaj. They said that they have prepared a list of candidates which will be announced by the high command. He alleged that the government is undermining democracy as NOCs are not being given to their candidates. He also expressed his apprehension of being bullied by AAP through the police. Constituency in-charge and former mayor Amarinder Bajaj said that despite threats from the government, there is great enthusiasm among Akali workers.
