He said that the height of the buildings being constructed in the vicinity of Sri Harmandir Sahib should be limited to the prescribed thirty-eight and a half feet, proper arrangements should be made to keep the construction of hotels and other buildings within the city walls under the rules of the municipal corporation and in the streets and markets of the mohallas. For conducting the event, the prescribed fee and approval from the Municipal Corporation is mandatory.
