Sudesh Vatika Convent School Bhagivander organized an annual prize distribution ceremony in which Dr. Piyush Verma (Prof Vice Chancellor Guru Kashi University) was the Chief Guest and Mr. Heramb Pandey (Director IITI Classis Bathinda) and retired Principal Vijay Garg were the special guests. School Chairman Vinod Khurana, MD Meen Khurana, School President Lagan Khurana and Principal Meen Garg warmly welcomed the guests. The function started with candle lighting by the chief guest and Shabad singing by the children. School Principal Meen Garg read the annual report on the achievements of the school. After this, apart from vulture, bhangra, skits and choreographies were presented satirizing social evils, drugs, bribery. Patriotic songs, folk songs and cultural programs were presented on this occasion. The chief guest and the school management honored the students who made important achievements in different fields. The organizers also presented awards to the chief guest and other dignitaries who arrived. Parminder Kaur played the role of stage management. School Principal Lagan Khurana thanked everyone. Coordinator Beant Kaur and Junior Coordinator Kirandeep Kaur, Virpal Kaur, Parminder Kaur, Nirmal Kaur, former Zilla Parishad member Sukhmandar Singh Bhagivander etc. were present on this occasion.
