The Anti-Drug Committee Punjab has called for a protest march against the Punjab government. The state president of the organization, Sukhdeep Singh Bham, issued a statement here and announced that they will hold a protest march next week against the Punjab government for failing miserably in curbing drugs. He said that the AAP government came into existence by promising to end drug addiction in 3 weeks, but drug addiction has increased more than before. He said that now white, pills and other synthetic drugs are common at every corner. He said that the number of youths dying due to drug overdose is continuously increasing and besides drugs, youths are also suffering from black jaundice and AIDS. He appealed to the young generation to come forward and be a part of the protest march to save the youth and future generations of Punjabi people for the fight against drugs.
