The predicting the future of AI by former Google executive Mo Gawdat is shocking. He says that the coming 15 years AI will prove to be like hell for humans, and its bad phase will start from the year 2027.
AI will eliminate jobs, inequality will increase
Mo Gawdat said in the ‘The Diary of a CEO’ podcast that AI will first eliminate white collar jobs. That is, the jobs which are available on the basis of studies, skills and degrees, they will first be in danger. He told that his own AI -based company Emma.love used to run with 350 people earlier, now only 3 people are enough.
He says that only rich and powerful people will be able to take advantage of AI. The jobs of poor and common people will be taken away. This will gradually eliminate the middle class and create a large division in the society.
People will lose life, mental trouble will increase
Mo Gawdat warned that when people go jobs, they will lose not only their livelihood, but also the purpose of life. This will affect mental health, increase loneliness and stress and cracks in the society will be deeper. If governments and society do not take necessary steps about AI today, then the situation may worsen in the coming years.
A round of ‘heaven’ will come after 2040
However, Gawdat also showed a ray of hope. He said that this bad phase will run till 2040, after that a new era will start through AI. In this era, people will be repatriated and free from boring works and will move towards a life full of love, cooperation and creativity, but all this will be possible only when the right steps are taken from today.
