NDA candidate CP Radhakrishnan won the election of the 15th Vice President of the country. This voting took place on 9 September. Radhakrishnan defeated India candidate Sudarshan Reddy by a margin of 152 votes.
Will take oath as the 15th Vice President of the country on 12 September.
- Radhakrishnan got 452 votes and Sudarshan Reddy got 300 votes. In this, 15 votes were declared invalid.
