The incident took place at 400 Fort on Mansa Road. The deceased was identified as Kulwant Singh, 45 years old, resident of Tungwali. He was going to the village by bike. On receiving information at Sahara headquarters after Kulwant fell on the road, Sahara Jan Seva’s Life Saving Brigade helpline team Sandeep Gill and Vicky Kumar reached the spot.
