Bicycle damaged due to car collision in Bathinda
In Punjab, a car hit a person walking on a bicycle on the Rose Garden bridge near the canal on Goniana Road in Bathinda, resulting in the death of the cyclist.

Late night, Bathinda’s social organization Sahara Jan Seva received information that a car rider had hit a cyclist on Goniana Road and the injured was lying on the road. Without this information, Sahara Jan Seva volunteers reached the spot and took the injured person lying on the road to the government hospital for treatment.
The cyclist admitted to the government hospital died shortly after treatment. The deceased has been identified as 58-year-old Raghuveer Singh, son of Balveer Singh, resident of Bhagu Road. The deceased worked in Gujarat Gas Pipeline Company and was returning home on his bicycle late at night when a car hit him. The police have taken the body of the deceased in their custody and sent it for post-mortem.
