Young man lying near the railway track in Bathinda
This morning in Bathinda, Punjab, a young man died under suspicious circumstances on the railway track near Dharmal Lake No. 1. The body of the youth was found lying near the railway track. The police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem.

Sonu Maheshwari, president of the social service organization Youth Welfare Society, said that his team had received information about the dead body of a youth lying near the railway track. When he reached the spot, the young man was lying face down. Information about the matter was given to the local police station and GRP.

The police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. On the basis of the documents recovered from the deceased, the deceased has been identified as Pavittar Singh (34 years), son of Kulwant Singh, resident of village Jhanda Kalan, district Mansa. After which contact was made with the family members of the deceased.
The relatives of the deceased told that the deceased youth was living in Bhucho and used to perform kirtan. Police have started investigation regarding how the deceased reached the spot and what happened to him.
