Big news for students, now they will not be able to change subjects in 12th… this board has issued orders

There is great news for the students appearing for the Madhya Pradesh Board Exam 2025. Now the 12th class students of schools affiliated to the MP Board will not be able to make any changes in their subjects. The MP board has issued an important notification in this regard and said that in the intermediate the students will have to study the same subjects that they have chosen in the 11th. No opportunity will be given to change any subject in 12th due to difficulty or any other reason.

However, if a subject has been mistakenly changed in the school level examination form, then that mistake can be rectified. For this, MP Board schools have been given time till 31 December 2024. While rectifying the mistake, the schools will also have to submit the required fees (MP Board Exam Form Correction). The board has made it clear that if any school changes the subject of the students, strict action will be taken against the principal there. Earlier MP board used to give opportunity to change subjects in 12th.

Fee to change subject…
According to the notification of the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, a fee of Rs 500 per subject has to be deposited to correct the mistakes before the examination. The error can be corrected in online mode. Under this reform process, schools will have to upload the student’s Class 11 result and declaration form on the MP online portal. This will ensure that the subjects changed are the same ones you studied in 11th. You can check its details at mpbse.nic.in.

MP Board Exam 2025 Date: When will the MP Board Exam be held?
MP Board 10th Exam will be held between 27 February to 19 March 2025 (MP Board 10th Exam). Also, the MP Board 12th Exam will be conducted from 25th February to 24th March 2025 (MP Board 12th Exam). As per the time table of MP Board Exam 2025, the exams of both the classes will be held in single shift. MP Board Class 10th and 12th Exams will be held between 9 AM to 12 PM (MP Board Exam Time). MP board has also released the time table of 5th and 8th class recently.
