New Delhi: Say attachment to films or the passion of acting, it is rarely seen that when a person is able to realize his childhood dream. Bikramjit Kanwarpal is a name that entered Bollywood to realize his childhood dream after retiring from the Indian Army. Actor Bikramjit Kanwarpal made a special place in the hearts of the audience with his strong acting and personality. His serious and strong supporting role made him a respected face in Hindi cinema and television serials.

Bikramjit was born on 29 August 1968 in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. His father Dwarka Nath Kanwarpal was a lieutenant colonel in the Indian Army. He was honored with the ‘Kirti Chakra’ for his bravery in 1963. Bikramjeet, who belongs to the military family, joined the army following the footsteps of his father. Bikramjeet achieved commission in the Indian Army in 1989 and after giving his bravery and courage to retire in 2002, he retired from the post of Major. He served in the army for about 13 years, but after retirement, he made up his mind to fulfill his childhood dream instead of living a comfortable life.

Bollywood debut with the film ‘Pap’
Bikramjeet made her Bollywood debut in the year 2003 with the first film ‘Pap’ and a new chapter of his life started from here. Bikramjit played supporting roles in ‘Page 3’, ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year’, ‘Reservation’, ‘Murder 2’, ‘2 States’, ‘The Ghazi Attack’, ‘Om Shanti Om’ and ‘Don’. Apart from this, Bikramjit also acted in several famous TV shows, including 24 (with Anil Kapoor) and web series special opes.

Life lost at the age of 52
Bikramjeet played the role of supporting actor in films, but he killed every character. Be it negative or positive, he won the hearts of the audience on the strength of every character and on the strength of strong acting. His dialogue delivery was also amazing, which everyone was convinced. His last film was identified, directed by Pragyesh Singh. In his film career, Bikramjit Kanwarpal never disappointed the audience. His presence in films and TV shows was always memorable for the audience. Perhaps the last purpose of his life was to fulfill the incomplete dream of childhood. He breathed his last at the age of 52 while fighting Korona on 1 May 2021.
