The Lord is kind

Sirsa, 16 January
Kumari Selja, Member of Parliament from Sirsa, said that Jagjit Singh Dallewal, a farmer leader on the Khanuri border, has reached the 51st day of his death, but the central government has not woken up from its slumber yet. If anything untoward happens during this movement, the government will find it difficult to control the situation. A group of 111 farmers have crossed the barbed wire in Khanuri and are on hunger strike, a warning to the government. Looking at the current situation, the central government will have to talk to the farmers to find a solution to this issue, but it seems that both the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party are playing politics together over the farmers’ movement.
Kumari Selja said that as the health of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who is on death fast at Khanuri border, is deteriorating, the farmers’ movement is becoming more intense.
Kumari Selja said that the Punjab government is neither doing nor saying anything about this movement, from which it is clear that both the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party are doing politics about the farmers’ movement. He said that what is the harm in central government giving legal guarantee of MSP. When the central government can waive the loans of crores and billions of industrialists, the loans of farmers and laborers can also be waived. BJP leaders are misleading people about this movement.
