Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the result of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Candidates can check the final result by visiting the official website ctet.nic.in.
To pass the exam, candidates will need at least 60% marks and for reserved category it will be 55%. However, school management can give further relaxation to SC, ST, OBC, Divyang etc. as per the existing reservation policy.
The examination was held in two shifts on 14 and 15 December.
CBSE had conducted the CTET December exam on 14th and 15th December. There were two papers – Paper 1 was held from 2.30 pm to 5 pm. Paper 2 was taken in the morning shift from 9.30 am to 12 noon.
Objections were sought till January 5
CTET final answer key was released on December 31, 2024 and the last date for objection was till January 5, 2025. In the answer key notification, the board had said that if the subject experts find any mistake in the answer key, then a decision will be taken accordingly and the fees will be refunded. Refund (if any) will be transferred online to credit/debit card.
Marksheet and certificate will be available through DigiLocker
CBSE will provide Central Board of Secondary Education (CTET) marksheet to all the candidates and certificate to the passed candidates in digital format in DigiLocker account. Marksheets and certificates will be digitally signed and will be valid as per the IT Act. There will also be an encrypted QR code to keep the mark sheets and certificates safe.
According to the board, DigiLocker accounts of all the candidates appearing in the exam have been created and they have been given login credentials on the mobile numbers registered with CBSE.
