Tel Aviv: A ceasefire has finally been reached in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas. At the last minute on Sunday, Israel’s prime minister warned that a cease-fire would not take effect until Hamas shared a list of hostages. But Hamas has now released the names of the three female hostages. Under the agreement, these three hostages will be released first on Sunday. After the release of the hostage list, Israel said the ceasefire would take effect at 11:15 a.m. local time, The Times of Israel reported. According to Indian time, the ceasefire came into force at 2:45 pm.

Israel’s Health Ministry has issued guidelines to hospitals regarding hostages released during the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
