The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a reward of five lakh rupees on wanted gangster Harpreet Singh in a grenade attack on a house in Chandigarh. The agency said in an official statement issued on Thursday that the identity of the informant about the gangster will be kept confidential. The agency said information about Harpreet Singh alias Happy alias Happy Pasia alias Jora, a resident of Ajnala tehsil of Amritsar, can be shared with the agency’s control room in Delhi and its branch office in Chandigarh. Singh, wanted in connection with a grenade attack on a house in Sector 10-D, Chandigarh on October 1, 2024.
