Chandigarh Police has taken action against the managers of four hotels located in Sector 52 and arrested them. Investigation revealed that the entry registers and ID proofs of the customers in these hotels were not found to be correct. Also follow the orders of DM, UT Chandigarh.

According to the police, the accused include Doaba Hotel manager Mandeep Singh, Dream Town Hotel manager Nain Singh, New Grand Hotel manager Bani and Blue Moon Hotel manager Bajrangi Verma. The police took action when irregularities were found in the entry register and ID proof of these hotels. Mandeep Singh is a resident of Kajheri village, Nain Singh is a resident of Kajheri Sector 52, Bani is a resident of Krishna Nagar, Shimla and Bajrangi Verma is a resident of Balrampur district of Uttar Pradesh.
