In the complaint given to the police, the victim told that he had met the accused girl at a modeling program in Punjab. The accused had said that he has very good acquaintances in Chandigarh. Both of them started talking on the phone. The accused called her to Chandigarh with her dreams of making a career in modeling. The victim wanted to make a career in modeling, so she fell into the trap of the accused and reached Chandigarh to meet the girl. During this time, the accused girl introduced the victim to a young man named Rana.

Police inspected the incident site
Rana is a friend of the accused girl, all three went to the accused girl’s house in the car. Where the accused Rana molested her by giving her intoxicants. When the victim regained consciousness, she ran away and informed the Sector 39 police station about the incident.
