Chief Minister visits Rajouri Garden

Chief Minister Atishi visited Rajouri Garden today. He spoke to the owner of the restaurant that caught fire. Meanwhile, he talked to other shopkeepers and listened to their problems. Meanwhile, Atishi issued instructions to the officials of the fire department. He said in a post on social media platform X that a fire broke out in a restaurant in Rajouri Garden yesterday.

An inspection was conducted at the incident site today. He said that due to lack of proper exit, the MCD and Fire Department had already canceled the NOC of the restaurant and ordered to close it. Still, the police are investigating how the incident of fire happened. Strict action will be taken against the violators in this regard. The Chief Minister said that so that such incidents are not repeated, he ordered the fire department to conduct a fire safety audit in the whole of Delhi.

Police registered a case against an unknown person

The Delhi Police has registered a case against an unidentified person in connection with the fire in the restaurant located in the Rajouri Garden Bazaar of West Delhi. The police officer said that due to the fire in the restaurant, many students of the nearby coaching center had to jump on the nearby building to save their lives. Superintendent of Police (West) Vachitra Veer said that a case has been registered in this regard. He said that after registering the case, further action has been started.
