Throughout India, it is known as the “Great Month of Festivals”. These include Dhanteras, the festival of lights, Diwali, Govardhan Puja, Bhai Dooj, and Chhath Puja, the great festival of eastern India. These days, students and their parents are very excited about Diwali and Chhath Puja.
In states like Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, Diwali and Chhath Puja celebrations are at their peak. In many schools, these vacations last for 10 to 12 days. During these long vacations, students not only enjoy the festivities, but also enjoy decorating their homes, making rangolis, wearing new clothes and visiting relatives. This break not only gives them a break from studies but also gives them an opportunity to connect with their culture and family. Find out how many days schools will be closed for Diwali and Chhattisgarh.
